Privacy Policy

We receive your account details, project briefs, messages, uploaded assets, brand settings, and other material you choose to add to CapyFrame.

Please do not upload confidential information that you are not authorised to share.

We use information to authenticate you, save and render projects, provide previews and exports, process voice and caption requests, respond to support enquiries, secure the service, and improve reliability.

Your project content is used to carry out the instructions you give CapyFrame. We do not sell your personal information.

CapyFrame relies on providers such as Firebase for authentication and database services, object storage providers including Cloudflare R2 where configured, model providers selected for generation, and infrastructure providers that run the application and rendering jobs.

Providers receive only the information needed to provide their service and are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Project files remain in your workspace until you delete them. Exported MP4 download links expire after 48 hours. We may retain limited account, billing, security, and audit records for as long as needed for the purposes described here or required by law.

You can update account and project information, delete projects from the workspace, and contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or security obligations.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember preferences, and understand service performance when analytics are enabled. You can control optional analytics through the available settings or your browser.
