Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service only where permitted by law. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the briefs, media, brand materials, and other content you upload. You give CapyFrame the limited permissions needed to store, process, render, display, and export that content at your direction.

You must have the rights and permissions required for every asset, voice, likeness, and instruction you submit. Do not use CapyFrame to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.

CapyFrame can use configured AI and media providers to plan scenes, generate visuals, synthesize voice, and produce captions. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material created for others. Review every result before publishing or relying on it.

Features and quotas depend on your selected plan. AI credit, exports, voice minutes, storage, video duration, and file-size limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Exported MP4 links expire after 48 hours; your project remains available unless you delete it or the account is closed.

Do not reverse engineer the service, bypass access controls or quotas, upload malware, interfere with other users, misuse third-party services, or use CapyFrame to violate another person’s privacy, safety, or intellectual-property rights.

We work to keep CapyFrame available and secure, but features may change and interruptions can occur. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
